The annual Community Enrichment Dinner recognizes those companies and individuals who are bringing new products to the forefront, redefining sales tactics and discovering new products and services. The winner will be announces at the Community Enrichment Dinner April 18, 2018 at the Veterans Civic Center.

They bring bold, innovative and creative ideas to the table and are shaping the future of the City. The Community Enrichment Dinner is thrilled to spotlight these incredible individuals at our 2018 dinner on April 18th, 2018.

Corporate Leadership in Diversity Inclusion Award
The Corporate Leadership in Diversity Award as established by the Community Enrichment Dinner to honor exceptional companies that foster diversity in the workplace and champion underrepresented groups, including supporting women and their advancement. The Community Enrichment Dinner is honored to announce these companies that are making diversity and inclusion a top priority. With the understanding that workforce diversity is a journey to continue making strides toward the more equitable inclusion of women, people of color, LGBT community, people with disabilities and other demographic groups.
These companies understand that thanks to technology demographic shifts and worldwide change occurs at a rapid clip. These companies are a part of that change and in many ways ahead of that change with the understanding of a stronger community helps build a stronger Greater Lima Region. Please join us on April 18th, 2018 at the Veterans Civic Center to recognize these leading companies.
Community Legacy Service Award
The Community Enrichment Dinner is honored to recognize and individual who has given exploratory service and commitment to the Greater Lima Community. The award honors consistent lifetime giving of time and resources to multiple local causes over the span of twenty years. This equate Community Legacy Lifetime Award includes a base representing community support, an individual rising to meet higher goals. The honoree has fought, worked, advocated, and produced change through their community services, their voice and their dedication. Through their efforts, this individual has created lasting change and measurable difference in our community both personally and professionally for the betterment of Allen County and serves as a role model in community leadership.
